Open Question: What could these red bumps on my face be?

I started on my face for some time, and now these frustrations. It does not look like acne, like the bite is wrong (but they do not like bug bites though) they are red, I can reduce the redness on my face some, but not completely. This is really annoying, because I do not know if this is some sort of reaction or rash. I know I should probably see a dermatologist, but, yes, I do not think I can afford that now. Any ideas? Thinking, or whether it's advice on how to do it?

I am a young, so I know that many people my age Huode acne and spots, but in my nose I have these red dots. They do not irritating, but they are only the size of a needle, but they are a bit distracted me in the mirror. In addition, about me, my nose has a slight swelling on both sides (it looks like inflammation of the bit). I own some type of skin condition, or rosacea? If I do, or even if I do not, there is nothing to prevent products / methods, which will help to heal or something like these surprise you?

It is not very extreme, but my head to my cheek, I notice a black from time to time, I have the time these sites get one or two very difficult rough .. First, you can not see anything you just feel a lump, you to squeeze out. After some time, or if you touch it too much, it turns red, and get more. Finally, when I pop it … I know that is bad, but its impulse ha ha .. it pops up, I like really fast aircraft. It's dirty, but it gets it all and IM only a few days after the disappearance of red time. What kind of acne, is this what you recommend? I do use the Neutrogena acne control solution, which seems to be the only help a little.

There are no other people use it? What is the idea of it, If not, what you have been a small red scar go? Even if only one? I use the clean clear advantage acne control kit, I completely ruined my skin. For now, I use some natural things are off to make up my home, a scrub of sugar and honey, adding Neutrogena stuff, and then moisten the coconut oil in the evening. Please help! Thank you.

I do not have a big acne problem, but that it may get worse I want to be prepared. I use the Neutrogena (oil-free acne wash it in a green bottle, the comfort that redness) and Burts Bees oil washing. I alternate with them, if I use more than one other way it makes me oily and dry skin. Sometimes, I just mixed together. However, I am using is correct, you know? When I let it sink me, and then wash it off .. or I just take it and wash it off the Neutrogena wash? Anyway thanks. :]
