Open Question: Spot, zit, acne prevention?!?

Okay, so I was my face and spots on certain aspects of the ABIT, acne, but it is not enough to lower my self-esteem. Anyway, I have given my full backup has been cleared (I have a long-term doses of antibiotics on my back in the form of mild acne), but it does have red, so good my face a lot of attractions! I do not have long-term antibiotics, so I would like to know what is the best prevention is so that I can not buy back bad, or in all the best! Haha! Thanks for reading:)
