Open Question: Neutrogena Acne products?

I just bought a Neutrogena oil free acne stress control power cream wash, I was thinking .. if you use it to do its work and how fast? I have oily skin on my forehead, inner corners of my nose and chin. .. Will not dry out my skin? You personally like it? I also would like to buy a Neutrogena scrub red calm … do you recommend this may Neutrogena clear pore cleanser and mask … like how this product? Sorry all the questions now haha, I was 13 years old, I was in my tiny face acne 15-20 right … I would like to know what works the fastest .. Thank you!
