Open Question: Acne, Oily skin and redness HELP!?

Well, basically I have this now three years, but it is only getting worse. I have been to see a doctor, they do not have any help, they said I have seborrheic dermatitis and acne. Therefore, they put some ointment, etc. There is no much work, so we try these pills, I have no job. Then, I started to be very bad uneven oily skin, and in accordance with the present and I look forward to the right to mess seborrheic dermatitis. I have tried all kinds of cream, and always did not work. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me get out of this greasy swelling eliminated? The deterioration in the day and treatment of oily skin, acne is just getting worse.
